Position: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Java, J2EE, Guidewire)

Mandatory skills:
- BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with an industry experience of 3 to 5 Yrs
- Java 5, J2EE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT
- Strong in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System
- Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere / Weblogic
- Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, Preferably from Insurance, Banking (Compliance specifically), Financial domain background

Requirements:
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
• Experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter or Policycenter Configuration / Integration
• Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, Springs, Hibernate, XML, Oracle/SQL Server
• Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic
• Real time experience on enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain
• Should have understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent business communication skills
• Willing to travel to the customers locations both onshore/offshore on need basis
